Job summary
Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist in Meath to lead design and delivery across multiunit residential, commercial and healthcare projects in Ireland. This role requires driving projects from planning through to completion while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on-site and off-site.
The candidate should have a degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture, 10+ years of architectural experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture is required.
- Strong construction detailing knowledge and project delivery experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and detailing from planning to construction for residential and commercial developments.
- Prepare planning, tender and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal team and external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and planning legislation.
- Review construction details, specifications and technical submissions.
- Monitor programme and progress and deliver projects on site.
- Attend site inspections and coordination meetings.
