Job summary

Rhythm Careers is seeking a Senior Technologist in Dublin to lead the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use projects. You will manage working drawings, detailed design, specifications and tender information, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality output.

The role requires around 10+ years post-qualified experience, strong Irish planning and Building Regulations knowledge, and expertise in Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 10+ years post-qualification experience in architectural technology.
• Residential project experience in Ireland and senior/leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of projects from working drawings through to specifications and tender information.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain standards across projects.
• Build and maintain client and consultant relationships; manage costs, resources and priorities.
