Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Architect / Project Lead in Ireland to drive design and delivery across residential, commercial and retail projects. You’ll lead with a small team, liaise with clients, and ensure regulatory compliance from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate is a RIAI or RIBA registered architect with 10+ years’ experience, strong BIM skills (Archicad / Revit), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• RIAI or RIBA registered architect with 10+ years of experience in residential, commercial and retail sectors.
• Strong background in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and retail sectors is desirable.
• Proficient in BIM (Archicad / Revit) and design coordination.
• Project management from concept to completion and client liaison required.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations; commitment to sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution across multiple sectors.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring quality and delivery.
• Work with a small team to create technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor projects from planning through to construction.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
