Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin city centre are partnering with a growing architectural design studio to hire an experienced Architectural Technologist. The role focuses on delivering medium to large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects across Ireland.

You will support project leads, prepare detailed drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team from design to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years architectural experience.
• Proven technical and construction knowledge.
• Understanding of current Irish building and planning regulations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

A growing and highly respected architectural design studio based in Dublin city centre have immediate opportunities for experienced Architectural Technologists to join the team. With a strong project portfolio and reputation, they deliver medium to large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects across Ireland.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking experienced Architectural Technologists to join their collaborative team and contribute to the delivery of medium-large scale projects through various stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project leads and job runners on a range of residential and mixed-use developments
• Assist in the preparation of detailed construction drawings and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Irish building and planning regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team from early design to delivery stages

Desired experience and skills:

• 3 years+ architectural experience
• Proven technical and construction knowledge
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience working on residential or mixed-use projects is desired
• Understanding of current Irish building and planning regulations
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and team player
