Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is partnering with a leading International Architecture firm in Ireland to hire a Senior Architectural Technologist. The role focuses on leading complex projects from design through construction to handover, with a strong emphasis on technical drawings, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage design delivery, and ensure adherence to Building Regulations, delivering high-value projects with professional development

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in architectural technology or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and Building Regulations.
• Proficiency with Revit and technical design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from technical design through construction to handover.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, project documentation and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve technical queries and construction issues.
• Monitor site progress and support timely project completion.
