Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of assigned projects, working closely with the Project Lead.
• Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, tender documentation, detailed drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages.
• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project development.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all project stages.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical queries as they arise.
• Support and mentor junior team members as part of their professional development.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 2-5 years of professional experience, including proven delivery of medium‑to‑large‑scale residential projects in Ireland.
• RIAI Architectural Technologist Member, or equivalent recognised European qualification.Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application.
• Exceptional attention to detail across both design and construction phases.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
