Job summary

Lumen Search seeks a Senior Architect for a leading Irish architectural practice. The role focuses on delivering complex commercial projects, managing teams, and interfacing with clients across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years’ experience, a degree in Architecture, and is either a member of RIAI or eligible. Hybrid working and a strong pipeline of work are offered with a competitive package.

The Role:

Our client is one of Ireland’s most successful design-led Studios and are looking to bring in a Senior architect due to a significant pipeline of Commercial work.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing large projects from inception through to completion, and should have exposure to leading teams and interfacing with customers in this client-facing role.

Required Background:

• Degree in Architecture required
• Should be a Memeber of the RIAI - or eligible
• 10+ years’ experience minimum required
• Exposure to Commercial highly beneficial
• Ample experience in the Irish/UK market needed
• Track record in leading the delivery of complex projects
• Aptitude or enthusiasm for managing direct reports on a project basis
