The Role:

Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking for a skilled, experienced Senior Project Architect to join their team. You will occupy a site-based remit initially, and oversee the implementation of architectural designs on-site and monitor the progress of Construction works on-site, ensuring that all work aligns with BCAR regulations.

You will conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential delays or problems, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve concerns, and document site activities, including photographs, and prepare detailed progress reports.

Required Background:

• A member of the RIAI or eligible for Membership
• 8+ years' experience in the industry
• Expertise in BCAR required
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations
• Prior experience in monitoring the delivery of projects required
• Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
• Must have excellent communication skills
