Job summary

Global Professional Consultants, an award-winning architectural practice in Dublin, seeks an experienced Architect / Project Architect to join its growing team. You will contribute to residential and mixed-use developments from concept through construction, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with RIAI/RIBA membership and 5+ years' experience.
• Residential/mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Proven track record from concept to site completion.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments from inception to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction documentation.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractor teams throughout project delivery.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with current Irish building regulations.
• Produce high-quality design and technical documentation using Revit.

An award-winning architectural studio in Dublin is seeking an experienced Architect / Project Architect to join its growing team.

With an impressive portfolio spanning residential, mixed-use, educational, commercial and conservation projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within one of Ireland's leading design studios.

Working alongside a highly respected team of architects and designers, you will play a key role in delivering residential and mixed-use projects from concept design through to construction. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure exceptional design and technical delivery.

This practice is recognised for its commitment to innovative architecture, sustainable design and design excellence, offering exposure to exciting medium/ large-scale developments.

Duties include:

• Lead and support the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments from inception to completion
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction documentation
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractor teams throughout project delivery
• Manage project programmes, budgets and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with current Irish building regulations
• Produce high-quality design and technical documentation using Revit

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Architect with professional membership of RIAI / RIBA, with over 5 years' industry experience
• Residential project experience, ideally across medium to large-scale housing, apartment or mixed-use developments is desired
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept through to site completion
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of Irish Building Regulations
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Strong communication, coordination and client-facing skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
