Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an experienced Architect or Graduate Architect to join a growing studio-based team working on medium and large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure and civic projects.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years post-graduate experience, be registered or working towards registration, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and a solid understanding of BCAR and building regulations. Eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Registered Architect or working towards registration.
• Solid BCAR and building regulations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Work on residential, leisure and mixed-use developments from concept to construction.
• Collaborate across design and delivery teams to develop technical schemes.
• Contribute to project coordination and regulatory approvals.

An award-winning architectural studio in Dublin is hiring an experienced Architect / Graduate Architect to join their growing, studio based team. With a strong pipeline of medium and large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure, and civic projects, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role and work alongside a talented team.

The ideal Architect will preferably hold professional registration (or working towards it), along with 4 years+ post-graduate experience, along with full proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, along with full understanding of current planning and building regulations.

The successful Architect will have the opportunity to initially work residential, leisure and mixed-use developments across Ireland — from concept to construction.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Registered Architect (RIAI / RIBA), or working towards professional registration
• 4+ years' experience in architecture
• Strong design and technical development skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with medium to large-scale residential, commercial or leisure projects
• Solid understanding of BCAR and building regulations is essential
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland

Salary & Benefits include:

• €55k–€65k DOE
