Job summary

Design-led Practice in Limerick is seeking an Architect with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience to work across a diverse range of projects from feasibility to construction.

You will produce and coordinate design information using Revit, collaborating with senior architects and project teams while supporting submissions, coordination, and site inspections. Hybrid working arrangements are available in this Studio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture required.
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
• Experience with both design and technical project stages.
• Residential and/or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous.
• Strong Revit proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to feasibility and early design through detailed design and construction.
• Produce and coordinate design information using Revit.

The Role

Our client is seeking an Architect with 3–5 years’ experience to join their Limerick studio, working across the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects.

You will contribute to projects from feasibility and early design through detailed design and construction, producing and coordinating design information using Revit. Working alongside senior architects, consultants and wider project teams, you will support statutory submissions, technical coordination, tender documentation and site inspections.

Required Background

• Degree in Architecture
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience within an architectural practice
• Experience working across both design and technical project stages
• Residential and/or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous
• Good working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and statutory requirements
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Experience producing and coordinating detailed design and technical documentation
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants
• Strong design ability with good attention to detail
• Site and construction-stage experience beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and practical approach to problem-solving
