Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an experienced Architect to join our studio and contribute to a diverse portfolio across Ireland and the UK. You will work within a collaborative and established team on projects from concept through to delivery.

The role requires chartered status with RIAI, 3+ years’ post-qualification experience, and strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations. Revit skills are highly desirable, with hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Chartered Architect with RIAI accreditation.
• 3+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations in Ireland.
• Experience delivering planning and tender packages.
• Strong Revit skills are highly desirable.
• Public Works Contracts experience would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects across various stages


• Prepare and coordinate planning and tender packages


• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams


• Produce and coordinate technical project information using Revit


• Manage projects independently while working as part of a wider team

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Architect with RIAI

• Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations in Ireland


• Experience delivering planning and tender packages


• Strong Revit skills are highly desirable


• Healthcare project experience is advantageous but not essential
