The successful candidate will lead projects from design through construction, delivering high-quality schemes across Dublin and beyond, within a supportive environment that promotes professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with 10+ years' experience
• Proven experience delivering projects from design and planning through to construction
• Strong design ability and technical knowledge
• Good understanding of current Irish Building Regulations and legislation
• Proficient in Revit and other software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must have the right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities

• Lead the project lifecycle from design through to construction
• Collaborate within a team on diverse Dublin projects
• Support professional development and career advancement for staff
• Contribute to client and stakeholder relations throughout the project lifecycle

A well-established architectural design studio in Dublin city is seeking an Architect or Senior Architect to join its growing team.

With a strong reputation in the Irish market and an expanding project portfolio, they offer an opportunity to work on a diverse range of developments across Dublin and beyond.

Current Projects Includes

Multi-unit residential apartment schemes, Medium / large-scale housing developments, Mixed-use developments along with Commercial projects.

The successful Architect / Senior Architect will work closely within a team and lead the project lifecycle, from design through to construction.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Registered Architect with 10+ years' experience
• Proven experience delivering projects from design and planning stage through to construction
