Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Architect / Project Lead to join our team in Ireland. The candidate will leverage 10+ years as a RIAI Registered Architect across residential, commercial, and retail sectors to lead design and execution.

You will manage a small team, liaise with clients, and ensure regulatory compliance from concept to construction. Proficiency in BIM (Archicad / Revit) and strong communication are essential, along with a solid understanding of building codes.

Qualifications

• RIAI Registered Architect with 10+ years experience in residential, commercial and retail sectors.
• Proficient in BIM (Archicad / Revit).
• Project management experience from concept to completion.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland.

A leading architectural studio specialising in residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects is seeking to recruit an Architect / Project Lead to join the team.

We’re looking for a talented RIAI Registered Architect with 10 years’ experience in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors. You’ll manage projects from design to completion, working with a small team, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are compliant with current regulation.
