Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking a Manager, Investor Services AML to lead the AML team in Dublin. You will oversee AML processes, drive regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clients, MLROs and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and a proactive risk mindset. You will manage day-to-day AML operations, support onboarding and regulatory changes, and deliver timely management reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive AML and regulatory knowledge across European funds.
• Experience leading an AML team of 4+ members.
• Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills.
• Experience with TA systems such as NTAS applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML processes and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Act as primary AML contact for clients, fund MLROs, investors and stakeholders.
• Develop and refine AML procedures, desk aids and monitoring workflows.
• Lead new fund onboarding and regulatory change initiatives.
• Provide management reporting on AML metrics and operations.
