Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks a Manager for Investor Services AML to lead day-to-day AML operations and drive key projects in a highly regulated environment. You will oversee screening, monitoring, and reporting while collaborating with Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory alignment and governance across funds.

The role requires significant AML experience in the funds sector, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to implement controls and sustain high-quality client

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the funds industry with AML leadership experience.
• 4+ years managing an AML team of 4+ staff.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish AML requirements and EU regulations.
• Strong risk awareness and regulatory compliance experience.
• Customer service experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Project management experience and systems integration knowledge.
• Experience with TA systems such as NTAS.
• Third-level qualification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML processes to meet regulatory objectives and ensure adherence to policies.
• Act as primary AML contact for clients, fund MLROs, investors and stakeholders.
• Develop AML desk procedures and align with policies and SLAs.
• Oversee refresh of existing business and regulatory changes.
• Oversee ongoing screening, investigations and documentation of results.
• Monitor PEPs and transaction monitoring.
• Assist in onboarding new fund documents and regulatory changes
• Prepare regular AML management reports for Management and Fund Boards
• Collaborate with Compliance and Internal Audit to support audits
• Represent SEI during due diligence visits by clients, fund MLROs and regulators.
