SEI Investments in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Manager, Investor Services AML to oversee day-to-day AML operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and governance across funds. You will manage an AML team, implement regulatory changes, and engage with senior management.

You will own the AML database, produce regular reporting, supervise monitoring of PEPs and transactions, and contribute to AML technology deployments and staff training to maintain service standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of supervising an AML team of 4+ employees.
• 5+ years in financial services, preferably with Alternatives / Hedge Fund experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• Strong risk awareness and knowledge of EU AML regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

• Oversee AML process for new business to meet regulatory objectives.
• Interact with senior management in Ireland and other jurisdictions.
• Own and refresh AML database and reporting for all clients and funds.
• Oversee ongoing monitoring of PEPs and transaction monitoring.
• Coordinate AML tech deployments and staff training to maintain service standards.
