Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking an Assistant Manager, Investor Services AML to oversee AML processes across new business, ensuring regulatory and governance standards. You will manage data in the AML database, produce management reports, and interact with senior management in Ireland and applicable jurisdictions.

Shared services are delivered in a hybrid model; the role emphasizes staff development, process optimization, and timely escalation of aged AML documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience supervising/leading an AML team of 4+ people.
• At least 5 years in financial services, preferably with alternatives/hedge funds.
• Strong knowledge of EU/Irish AML requirements and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML processes for all new business to meet regulatory goals.
• Coordinate regulatory changes and interact with senior management.
• Maintain AML database, ensure data accuracy and reporting.
• Provide AML management reporting to Fund Boards and clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop AML staff; ensure delivery deadlines.
