Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking an Assistant Manager, Investor Services AML to support the AML team in Ireland. The role focuses on overseeing AML processes for new business while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations.

You will interact with senior management, manage AML data and reporting, and help implement AML technology and training. A strong background in regulatory AML within European financial services is required, with experience in fund administration environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience of supervising/managing an AML team of 4 or more employees.
• 5 years plus financial services background, preferably with Alternatives / Hedge Fund experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulation within the Financial Services Industry in Europe.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• Experience with NTAS Koger, Investier applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML process across new business to ensure regulatory objectives and policies are met.
• Coordinate regulatory changes with the business.
• Interact with senior management in Ireland and other jurisdictions.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding AML documents and reports.
• Own the AML Database, including data updates and reporting for clients and funds.
