Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect / Sr. Success Architect to own the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. This remote Dublin-based role supports European clients in English and French, German, or Italian.

You’ll lead onboarding, design integrations with Salesforce and GTM tools, and advise on renewals while collaborating with product and sales teams to improve outcomes for future deployments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience (Success Architect) or 7-10+ years in Mid-Market/Enterprise software in a customer-facing implementation, solutions consulting, or technical CSM role
• Fluent in English plus French, German, or Italian
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems, with comfort in web/scripting technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead customers end-to-end through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified platform and Piper within a 30–60 day go-live window
• Architect solutions that integrate Qualified with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and GTM systems
• Act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle — run Strategic Business Reviews, drive renewal/expansion conversations
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback
