Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Success Architect/Sr Qualified Success Architect who will oversee the implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English and at least one European language (French, German, or Italian).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable pipelines.
• Design integrations with Salesforce, marketing automation, GTM, and routing workflows.
