Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect/Senior Success Architect (Remote, Dublin-based) to own the onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for customers, working with Piper to transform sales and marketing operations. This role supports European customers in English and additional languages.

You will lead cross-functional engagements, design technical solutions, and drive successful go-lives while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Success Architect or 7–10+ years in mid-market/enterprise software
• Fluent in English plus French, German, or Italian
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation; comfortable with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified platform and Piper within 30–60 days
• Architect solutions integrating Qualified with Salesforce and GTM systems
• Act as trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle with SBRS and renewal discussions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to loop feedback into the platform
