Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and account research.
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Advise C-Suite and VPs on value of Zendesk AI-powered platform.
• Cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue and retention.
