HubSpot in Ireland is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Nordics who can manage the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on growing enterprise opportunities. You will qualify, present, and close deals while collaborating with BDRs and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3-5 years of quota-bearing experience, English fluency, and a proven track record of forecasting and exceeding targets. Hybrid/remote work within Ireland with strong product knowledge and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a quota-bearing sales role.
• Fluency in English (Nordic language a bonus).
• Experience in a complex selling environment.
• Presented and pitched to C-level executives on a business change.
• Management of monthly and annual pipeline with forecasting accuracy.
• Goal oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Trained and/or certified in a standardised sales method (e.g. Sandler).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own annual, quarterly and monthly territory plans.
• Find and self-source new prospects.
• Qualify calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
• Close new business at or above quota.
• Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology to evolve sales strategy.
• Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
