Job summary

You will close deals, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to tailor solutions for small and mid-sized companies in the Nordics, with flexibility for UK remote work.

The role requires 1+ years of closing sales experience, fluent English, and a track record of high performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Closing Sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus but not required.
• Based in United Kingdom for remote opportunity.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota).

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges that prospective customers face and discover inbound marketing solutions.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
• Build relationships with highly qualified prospects at small and mid-sized companies.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy when new features/products are introduced.
• Help shape HubSpot’s mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
