Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive (Existing Business) for the DACH region. You will deepen partnerships with marquee customers and demonstrate how our payments infrastructure can become a competitive advantage for their businesses.

This role requires fluent German and a track record of 7+ years in high‑velocity software sales, with experience leading multi‑party deals and complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and strong sales experience in tech/software.
• Proven track record in complex, multi-party deals.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication across C-level executives.
• Interest in fintech/payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and nurture a named account list and develop territory and account plans for winning and expanding business.
• Own the renewal and retention strategy for your territory, proactively identifying and mitigating churn risk.
• Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives, while orchestrating the right executive touch points.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance to lead complex product workshops and financial analyses.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive activation.
• Contribute to shaping our Commercial strategy and scalable engagement models.
• Develop strategies for growing wallet share and multi-product adoption.
• Lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process.
• Engage with internal Product and Engineering teams to drive market strategy in DACH.
