Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close.
• Position AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud) to customers.
• Manage strategic SMB accounts and cultivate trusted advisor relationships.
• Drive pipeline generation via outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with Core Sales, AI Solution Engineers, and Partners to deliver AI transformations.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and revenue updates.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and education on AI roadmap.
