Job summary

Ashby is seeking a senior enterprise demand generation leader for Europe to shape the ABM strategy and drive multi-channel campaigns across the EMEA region. You will partner with Ben, our US ABM lead, to tailor the strategy to local markets and focus on meaningful engagement over generic tactics.

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with sales, PMM, content, and the gifting agency, while localising content and experiments to accelerate enterprise pipeline in Europe.

Qualifications

• Lead Europe ABM strategy for enterprise accounts.
• Define prospect journeys and messaging with content teams.
• Build target account lists and measure movement of accounts.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops to align data and bets.

Responsibilities

• Define EMEA ABM strategy and channels for engagement.
• Coordinate with events, gifting agency, and creative teams.
• Localise content and campaigns for Europe markets.
