Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader in Ireland, seeking a Territory Manager to deliver quarterly and annual targets by understanding customer needs and positioning BD solutions. The role focuses on vascular access devices, prefilled syringes and hypodermic products across hospital settings.

You will build strong relationships, develop territory plans, manage top accounts, and drive BD Value Add Programs while collaborating with Clinical Specialists and Marketing to maximize sales

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Extensive sales experience in healthcare.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans aligned with BD strategy and direction.
• Manage top accounts and drive growth in assigned region.
• Position and sell BD Added Value Services to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver BD Way of Selling in daily activities.
• Conduct product evaluations with Clinical support as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager, Clinical Consultants and Marketing.
• Communicate market and competitor information clearly.
• Ensure consistent use of the BD CRM system.
• Achieve targets and meet performance expectations.
