Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hospital/healthcare sales environment.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Highly motivated, action oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly and annual territory targets for promoted products within BD.
• Understand customer goals and drivers to build strong relationships.
• Develop and implement territory plans for long-term sales success.
• Review and adjust plans in line with BD strategy.
• Manage top accounts and conduct product evaluations with clinical support.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager, Clinical Teams and Marketing to maximize potential.
