Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales or outbound prospecting.
• Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools.
• Ability to research target accounts and reach key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect outbound and qualify leads using defined criteria.
• Build prospect lists, identify decision-makers, and use tools to drive engagement.
• Develop multi-touch outreach sequences via phone, email, LinkedIn.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and coordinate meetings with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align activities with district priorities.
• Mentor SDR peers and share best practices.
• Meet quarterly quotas by generating pipeline.
