Job summary

Agilent is seeking a Scheduling Co-Ordinator to manage service delivery, schedule maintenance visits for laboratory equipment, and act as the customer’s primary contact for scheduling matters. This on-site role in Ireland requires a proactive, team-oriented mindset and experience with SAP or Smart Sheet alongside strong admin and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Service coordination; organizing maintenance visits for laboratory equipment.
  • Vendor hosting - support as the dedicated point of contact for onsite services, managing permits and supporting service engineers during service visits.
  • Customer POC - first point of contact for the customer for any scheduling or operational queries.
  • Attend operational calls, customer meetings and managing a high volume of emails.
  • Manage customer assets, ensuring inventories are accurate
  • Monitoring performance metrics ensuring maintenance and repair requests are completed within the timeframe agreed with customer, with minimum disruption to onsite activities.
  • Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate a passion for the role and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule inductions and collate relevant documentation (RAMS/Certifications…)
  • To management repair requests, minimizing instrument downtime.
  • Management shipment and tracking of off-site instruments.
  • Collation of vendor service reports and upload onto customer CMMS software. Closure of associated work orders
  • Following customer gowning and PPE requirements while operating in clean room areas and laboratories.

Scheduling Co-Ordinator

Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for precision and customer service, do you have strong administrative background? (personal car required).

Location: On-site Innishannon, West Cork

Function: Pharmaceutical Operations Co-Ordinator

Reporting to: Enterprise Scheduling Supervisor

Family: Service Delivery / Administration / Customer Service

Pay Rate: €24 Per Hour

Type of contract: LTD (can work via Umbrella company)

Initial contract length: 12 months
