Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, is seeking a Scheduling Co-Ordinator to manage maintenance visits, coordinate vendors, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The role focuses on accurate scheduling, strong communication, and efficient service delivery in a pharmaceutical environment.

You'll work on-site with engineers and internal teams, handling a high volume of emails, documents (RAMS/Certifications), and asset management while ensuring service levels are met.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification (science background a plus!)
• Strong administrative experience.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with scheduling tools (SAP, Smart Sheet preferred)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence

Responsibilities

• Service coordination: organize maintenance visits for laboratory equipment.
• Vendor hosting: act as a dedicated contact for onsite services, managing permits and aiding service engineers.
• Customer POC: first point of contact for scheduling or operational queries.
• Attend operational calls, customer meetings and manage a high volume of emails.
• Manage customer assets, ensuring inventories are accurate.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure timely maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption.
