Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce services development and administration.
• Experience with nCino Banking Operating System.
• Understanding of Salesforce services architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and developers to translate requirements into Salesforce/nCino solutions.
• Plan and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Develop and integrate with the nCino Banking OS.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
• CreateDocumentation and deployment guides for solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce and nCino features and improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues during development, testing and deployment.
