EY’s Dublin-based Salesforce Services team is expanding to help clients transform into AI-driven, data-centric organisations using Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI and related Salesforce capabilities. You will design, deliver and lead digital transformation programmes with a focus on data, analytics and AI-enabled customer experiences.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions involving Data Cloud, AI capabilities and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and design scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Strong communication, leadership and client-facing presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis and architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud and AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with EY teams, client stakeholders and Salesforce specialists to shape Data Cloud and AI solution approaches.
- Design analytics and reporting solutions providing actionable customer and operational insights.
- Provide leadership and coaching across technical managers, consultants and developers.
