Job summary

EY’s UKI Technology Consulting team in Dublin seeks a Salesforce Senior Manager Technical Architect to lead Data Cloud and AI-enabled transformation programs. You will define data architectures, govern data flows, and drive complex integration across Salesforce platforms, ensuring security and governance.

You’ll mentor teams, shape proposals, and partner with clients to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Salesforce solution architecture and delivery engagements.
• Experience designing data-led transformation programmes including data migration and governance.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Define customer data architectures including data models, governance and integration patterns.
• Lead data migration and integration projects within complex enterprise environments.
• Provide guidance on technical aspects of solution development and integration and ensure security and governance standards are applied.
