Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Success Architect to lead architectural design and strategic guidance for our top Sales Cloud customers in Ireland. You will assess solutions, ensure scalability, security, and reliability, and collaborate with product teams to drive long‑term value.

You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to optimize deployments, governance, and lifecycle management while staying ahead of emerging Salesforce capabilities and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, system or enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, governance and best practices.
• Experience with large‑scale SaaS/PaaS multi‑tenancy and multi‑tier infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer impact for strategic Sales Cloud customers with architecture recommendations.
• Provide proactive and reactive guidance on architecture, technology strategy and best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including executives.
