Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Salesforce Marketing Analyst to support marketing technology solutions, focusing on customer data, CRM, and personalised digital engagement. You will help deliver and evolve data-driven campaigns and technologies across multiple markets.

You will translate business aims into technical requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to an Agile delivery environment while ensuring data quality and activation across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Marketing Technology, CRM or similar tech-focused role.
• Experience supporting CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing or media tech initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer data management, ingestion, modelling and activation.
• Translate marketing requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, workflows and integrations in a modern digital marketing stack.
• Experience delivering with Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing enhancement of marketing tech solutions across digital channels.
• Manage and monitor movement of customer data between platforms, ensuring quality and activation.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing and tech stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Support first-party data acquisition and effective use across CRM and marketing activities.
• Assist regional teams in adopting shared platforms while meeting local needs.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, data models, APIs and workflows.
• Perform regression and functional testing after platform changes.
• Produce technical documentation, guidance and training materials for Agile initiatives.
