Responsibilities

Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360.
Showcase Data360 and Agentforce Marketing through compelling demos and rapid prototyping for executive audiences.
Construct future-state journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
Translate data-driven concepts into actionable recommendations and deployment plans.
