Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360.
• Showcase Data360 and Agentforce Marketing through compelling demos and rapid prototyping for executive audiences.
• Construct future-state journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Translate data-driven concepts into actionable recommendations and deployment plans.
