Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin seeks a Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to bridge marketing strategy and technology, architecting data-driven journeys and enabling AI-powered campaigns across the Agentforce portfolio.

You’ll demonstrate deep expertise in Data 360 and CDPs, collaborate with sales and product teams, and present compelling demos to C-level audiences while aligning with Salesforce's values.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting.
• Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms.
• Fluent in English and at least another major European language.
• Knowledge of programming languages and 2+ years hands-on experience with Agentic marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take on complex business challenges and define problems with stakeholders to develop actionable roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360.
• Demonstrate solutions through software demos and rapid prototyping and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Create future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Partners on discovery, analysis, and data-activation recommendations.
