Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Partner to support sales recruitment across the EMEA region. This hybrid role blends hands-on sourcing with market intelligence, analytics and stakeholder collaboration to build high-quality pipelines.

You will work with recruiters, hiring managers and TA leadership to deliver qualified candidates, drive conversion and improve attraction programs across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or sourcing.
• Experience recruiting across the EMEA region.
• Strong sourcing, engagement and assessment skills.
• Experience with Excel and recruitment analytics tools (Tableau/CRM/HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess sales talent across multiple channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver qualified pipelines.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research on hiring trends and compensation.
• Analyse recruitment data and prepare reports using Excel and Tableau.
• Manage candidate pipelines and improve conversion rates.
• Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop sourcing best practices and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights to stakeholders.
