Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Ireland to own end-to-end recruitment for Sales/GTM roles in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will partner with EMEA leaders, define hiring strategies, and manage the full cycle from intake to close for roles like Account Executive and xDR. You will build proactive pipelines, advise on market conditions, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining accurate Workday data and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, including Sales or GTM in SaaS/tech.
• Experience recruiting Account Executives and xDR/Sales Consultants.
• Independent management of multiple requisitions across EMEA with hiring-manager partnership.
• Workday experience is a plus; ATS usage for candidate workflows.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders across EMEA to define hiring plans, role profiles, interview approaches, and talent-market strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake, sourcing, screening, to interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Build proactive pipelines using direct sourcing, networks, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Advise managers on market conditions, candidate availability, interview quality, process design, and offers.
• Deliver a clear candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed and moving with purpose.
• Use recruiting data to identify blockers and improve hiring outcomes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday and follow data privacy practices.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and workflow efficiency while protecting information.
