Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM functions across the EMEA market. You will source, screen and partner with EMEA leaders to attract and close top sales professionals in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You’ll own the recruitment process, build strong stakeholder relationships, use data to inform decisions, and promote an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience across diverse talent pools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition delivering AE/Sales hiring.
• Experience developing direct effective sourcing strategies to build pipelines for top candidates.
• Knowledge of the market for all levels of talent across Sales and GTM is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple requisitions while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and manage a diverse range of requisitions and projects aligning with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across internal organisations for recruitment support and advice.
• Own and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Plan for and execute recruiting goals with guidance from management.
• Source top talent using ATS, social media, LinkedIn and innovative methods across EMEA.
• Ensure hiring processes are fair, transparent, and consistent.
