Qualifications

• Experience in sales support and end‑to‑end order to cash processes.
• Ability to liaise with external customers and internal departments to resolve issues while meeting SLAs.
• Proven track record in managing quotes, orders, despatch and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient quotation,Sales order, despatch and invoicing end to end.
• Liaise daily with customers and internal teams to investigate issues while adhering to SLAs.
• Manage the sales operations mailbox and triage tasks.
• Resolve customer queries along the end-to-end sales order process with a professional approach.
• Produce, maintain and manage customer reports.
• Coordinate with teams to keep vendor price lists up to date.
• Support Account Managers in keeping customer price support programs reflected on orders.
• Assist with product codes and price feeds in SAP.
• Provide product information for customer websites (datasheets, images) to go live with sales.
• Maintain accurate records in CMS.
• Manage consignments invoicing by liaising with portals and finance.
