Job summary

CMS Distribution Limited in Kiltimagh, Ireland, is seeking a proactive administrator to manage the end-to-end process of receiving software license quotes and renewals for our reseller network. You will liaise with vendors and our internal Sales teams, issue renewal quotes, manage the quote-to-PO cycle in SAP, and ensure accurate invoicing and order processing while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a weekly pipeline of forecasted closures on a per vendor basis.
• Continually develop product and technical knowledge to industry standard including vendor accreditations.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure on-time receipt of renewals or license fulfillments as per vendor schedule.
• Issue and follow up renewals quotes adhering to CMS pricing guidelines and SAP/CRM systems.
• Handle emails from customers and internal stakeholders regarding renewal quotes and purchase orders.
• Carry out checks on submitted quotes to ensure required data is included.
• Manage the quote-to-PO process in SAP.
• Invoice orders upon receipt of Certificates of Shipment through MIGO.
• Handle queries from vendors or account managers regarding the quote-to-invoice cycle.
