Job summary

CMS Distribution in Ireland is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to manage the end‑to‑end process of receiving software license quotes and renewals for our reseller customers. You will coordinate with internal sales teams and vendors to ensure timely quotes, renewals and accurate invoicing of vendor orders.

The role requires strong Excel/Outlook skills, good numerical ability, and the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word/Outlook; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a weekly pipeline of forecasted closures on a per vendor basis.
• Develop product and technical knowledge to industry standards, including vendor accreditations.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely renewal or licence fulfilments as per schedule.
• Issue and follow up renewals quotes adhering to pricing guidelines and SAP/CRM systems.
• Handle customer emails and internal queries related to renewal quotes and purchase orders.
• Verify quotes data accuracy and manage quote-to-PO in SAP.
• Invoice orders upon receipt of Certificates/PODs through MIGO.
• Resolve queries from vendors or account managers about quote-to-invoice cycles.
