Job summary

Aiven is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations in Cork, Ireland. You will own the operating rhythm for our global sales org, partnering with RevOps and regional VPs to ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and data-driven decision making.

You will lead a small, distributed team, drive automated insights, and co-create agentic workflows on top of Salesforce to reduce ad-hoc requests and improve GTM efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS, strong forecast discipline.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and driving pipeline metrics.
• Hands-on with Salesforce reporting and data analysis; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Experience applying AI or large language models to automation in GTM workflows.
• Proven track record building scalable, self-serve analytics for sales teams.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales operating cadence: weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Partner with regional VPs to provide insights on pipeline coverage and velocity.
• Build self-service intelligence layers for automated KPI reporting and signals to reps.
• Drive GTM Engineering collaboration to design agentic workflows and LLM automations.
• Run territory planning, quota deployment, and account hierarchies during planning cycles.
• Lead and develop the Sales Operations team to a self-sustaining function.
