Job summary

Property Finder seeks a Head of Revenue Operations to align commercial strategy with execution across GTM, forecasting, CRM, deal desks and cash collection. You will lead a cross-market RevOps team, leveraging data, technology and AI to accelerate growth and efficiency.

The role partners with the CRO and senior leaders to implement scalable processes, optimize pricing, and drive sales productivity across markets. Relocation to Dubai is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Commercial Strategy.
• Experience leading RevOps in multi-market, high-growth tech environments.
• Strong CRM, analytics and AI-enabled RevOps tool literacy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial go-to-market strategy.
• Lead planning, forecasting, target setting and territory design.
• Own end-to-cash process, invoicing, revenue recognition and policies.
• Design scalable deal desk, pricing and collections processes.
