Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Vice President to lead International Revenue Operations for Europe, Emerging Markets and APJ. This strategic leadership role accelerates ARR growth, modernizes RevOps processes, and embeds AI into forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the run-the-business cadence driving new and renewal ARR to target.
• Build pipeline coverage with visibility into lead velocity, conversion and fallout across the funnel.
• Partner with Renewals and Customer Success to strengthen the renewal motion and grow net revenue retention.
• Deliver forecast accuracy within +/-3%, keeping GEO SVPs and executive leadership ahead of forecast risk.
• Lead a transformation of the international RevOps stack and implement AI-enabled capabilities across the lifecycle.
