Job summary

Fin is seeking a Principal Sales Operations & Strategy Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Dublin. You will own GTM readiness for Tier 1/2 AI product launches, shaping Sales Ready standards and coordinating across Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.

You will lead market sizing, incentive design, and cross-functional governance, translating data into strategic trajectories. The role demands senior-level influence and hands-on execution in a fast-moving AI/B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM in AI/B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in Sales Strategy, GTM motions, and launch readiness; experience with compensation design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for GTM readiness on Tier 1/2 AI product launches.
• Own and enforce the Sales Ready standard and GTM strategy in Product Launch processes.
• Lead market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and competitive intelligence for new AI products.
• Define innovative incentive structures and compensation rules for new AI products.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Enablement.
• Define and track launch success metrics and translate data into strategic narratives for GTM leadership.
• Own cross-functional projects from design through implementation with proven program ownership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to connect processes and insights to business goals.
• Regularly analyze sales performance and build dashboards for leadership.
